I sent a support ticket in yesterday a few minutes after my giveaway started: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/NKUEA/indie-bundle-vi . The reason I needed it to be deleted was because when i was creating it, I thought I selected the Indie Gala VI bundle(which I later found when I tried to redo the giveaway there was no option for it to begin with). Does anyone know how long it takes for a ticket to process since even when I keep telling them to not enter it, people still do?

I'm not sure if this counts as urgent. If it's urgent, it'll take less than a day. Otherwise, it'll take a few days, given the mass of tickets.

Deleting giveaways which have not ended does count as urgent. More info.

Yeah I thought so...I guess that reporting a giveaway 2 minutes before it ends tends to get confusing with Support, aha.

How was I swindling when I didn't become aware of the mistake until moments after it started, then immediately informed others to not enter and sent in a urgent ticket. Plus if I did have the Steam Indie VI bundle which I don't, I would gladly to give it away.

You've filed a support ticket, let the mods handle it from there. They've got tons of tickets thanks to the summer sale and the explosion of users that's happened over the past 3 months.
