Depending on the kind of ticket it could range from several days to about a year.

It could also take more than a year.

If it is a reroll ticket, a few days. If a request for giveaway feedback, a few more days. If it is some other category, a few weeks. If it is a user report, then about 5-6 years or so.

In the last week Ronix has processed more than 15 of my user reports and suspended almost all of them :P

Since you don't have any GAs created yet so it can't be a reroll ticket what is the problem ?
The people on the forum can probably help you since a lot of new users make tickets based on false assumptions.

I write under ur post, they deleted my 3 giveaways because I make a ticket, because games was not for steam but for uplay,

Support is barely keeping up right now because there are so many tickets and even things that have priority and are normally handled within a few days like rerolls sometime take a few weeks right now so it might take a while.

Not completely sure how long tickets to add new slots normally take but I'm sure somebody else will be able to give you an estimate.

You'll have to send in a ticket in the "Other" category and ask for more giveaway slots.
Depending on the circumstances of your deletions, they may (or may not) give you more slots.

If you've already done that, you'll just have to be patient, and do not bump your ticket, because that will send it back to the bottom of the queue.

Uplay keys for Assassins Creed Chronicles so I'm pretty sure he will get new slots since that's a mistake that's rather easy to make when you're new here.

he'll only get one i think, but most likely will be granted.. agree.
if i remb. reading correctly though support can only grant one at a time and only if you are out of slots. it takes the admin to do better then that. (or dev account upgrade, but idk who grants those or circumstances)

Yeah, I think you're right. I vaguely remember somebody wanted a lot of extra slots for an event and said it might take a while because only Moderators or above can do it.

Moderator can do it, see "Change User Giveaway Limit"

Thanks :) Edited my post to avoid confusion.

The category would actually be "increase giveaway limit". All support can add slots though that category, "other" only moderators can add slots manually.

Ah okay, I don't see that category in my list. Must be because I still have mucho slots.
Thanks for the correction, bro :)

Yeah, it only appears once you've run out of slots (either though deletion/not received/currently running giveaways taking them all up). Much like how "unsuspend request" only appears if you're currently suspended.

If I'm not mistaken, that means it's been passed on to someone who can review and respond to your request.

Roll 3d100 and multiple by 5.
Then roll 1D6 to see if your response time is in minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or years.
//
As noted above, it's a bit unpredictable- staff is comprised of volunteers who have different schedules and site powers.
But, with the exception of user reports [which should be remade if they've been unanswered for a long period of time with no response, and you still feel they're relevant], staff will get to your tickets as soon as they're able to.
As a general rule, so long as you don't add extra replies to your ticket [which resets its posted timestamp to that of the new reply] tickets will be responded to in the order they are received by staff. A delay usually just means a backlog, so nothing to do but wait it out. [User Reports are unusual in that they're apparently more often responded to by newest-first.]

Fun fact of the day:
Did you know? Every time someone creates a thread about support, their tickets are delayed by 3 days.

Kidding. But yeah, just be patient. This is what support is dealing with.
