Constipation Help for a 4 year old (SOLVED ty all)

First off, sorry for asking such a weird question and I'm aware this has nothing to do at all with SG, but my little brother is experiencing constipation and the pharmacy is currently closed. He is crying so do any of you know of a home remedy? We tried giving yogurt drinks and gripe water but doesnt seem to work.

EDIT: Thank you all for the suggestions! My brother just went to the toilet after we tried most of what was suggested and is better now! Thank you again and sorry for the weird question.

Maybe you have already solved the issue, but you can try giving him a massage it's not a fast solution but can help out.
