Currently Skyrim for me, about over 100 mods, I'm expecting a lot of Fallouts and Skyrims :P

It's a tie between KOTOR, KOTOR2, Sonic Generations, Torchlight 2, and Dungeons of Dredmor.

Minecraft, GTA IV, and Just Cause 2. In that order.

Honestly I think Minecraft wouldn't be popular at all if it weren't for the mods.

GTA IV has about 15 mods for me, GMOD has over 600 addons for me installed, but I'd like to mention Game Dev Tycoon as well, their mod support (And approach towards modding) is amazing, and it has tons of mods that add stuff (Like MULTIPLAYER! :D)

Skyrim, CTD'ing all the time with 145 mods and tons of texture packs. GTA IV only has a few mods, but mostly realism mods, so they take much space. My next victim will probably be Oblivion.

I don't like mods very much, I prefer to play games the way they're meant to be played (unless it's a mod that improve performance or high texture packs or something like that, I'm ok with those) but it's just me, I know I might sound like a boring guy.

I used to download custom content and mods for the Sims 2. I've got some Mount and Blade Warband mods, but Rome Total War is the game I play with the most mods. I am even trying to make my own... Mods greatly increase the longevity of a game.

Minecraft with 200 mods. Custom pack based off a public pack, and then a few client mods on top for extra fun.

Sims 2 by far. My mods folder is larger than the game folder + every expansion combined. Explorer estimates my mods folder to b 18.5gb, and most mods are <1mb... it needs organizing so badly :(
