Garry's mod is the most modded game i have, without saying that the online gameplay is mods everywhere

Skyrim, about 250 mods (though lots of them are small mods as i tend to stay clear of large overhauls and tinker)..

I haven't messed with any mods in a very long time. I put a few on Oblivion about 5 years ago, but I don't think I've modded anything since then. The tail end of a console generation always ends up being the time when I game on consoles the most (tons of quality games for dirt cheap), so I haven't play on PC that much the past couple of years.

Once I've worked my way through my console backlog, then I dive into my Steam backlog until the console prices come down and they actually have decent libraries.

Probably a tie between Fallout 3/New Vegas, Dragon Age Origins, and Skyrim. Skyrim probably has the most.

I only ever used mods for STALKER. Other than that, custom HUDs for TF2, Blacklight and L4D2.
