Games from bundles

I just read through the giveaway rules, and I don´t quite understand why I can´t set up a giveaway with a game from a bundle.

I have an extra-copy of super meat boy and I thought about giving it away, but I don´t know whether i got it from a bundle or the christmas sale in december

I dont buy bundles, but arent bundles usually keys and christmas sales giftable copies

If it's a giftable copy in your Steam inventory, then you can make giveaways with impunity.
