I mean, the region-locked countries listed above don't follow any pattern. A little bit of Europe, a little bit of Africa, a little bit of Asia, Australia.
Maybe that's a game from the Fanatical staff. "Hey Patrick, tell me again, from where came the chicks you dated at college ? I need to complete the region restrictions, and I have no idea."

It detects and shows you only your home country based on IP in green, and in addition lists in red all the countries where it doesn't activate.

It's EMEA, not the most comnmonly used region but Bethesda still use it. My Dishonored 2 key was the same.

- RHCP -made up of Russia, Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland. Bethesda use this rather than the more commonly used RU/CIS
- Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates are all actually Western Asia
- Australia clearly isn't part of Europe, the Middle East or Africa
This just leaves Egypt which is actually transcontinental and covers both Africa and Asia. So it would seem Bethesda have chosen to group it with Asia rather than Africa.

DO NOT BUY if you ever plan on getting the DLCs. Bethesda gives shit discounts on DLCs and you will get hosed on the cost of them. You will end up having to buy the complete edition just to get them and thus throwing money away on the first purchase of the base game.
