you could just sell the list - or dump them in the orphan key thread - but beware that this thread could turn into a lot of people begging or trying to contact you - so just be careful and have fun :)

You could use something like keygiveaway.com to give them away avoiding bots. Or give it to someone who will set up GAs?

You could always just make a few giveaways at a time whenever you find a spare moment. No reason to do them all at once.
