Giveaway: Group administration spreadsheet

This weekend I've made a google spreadsheet for the administration of the giveaways group that I'm in. The way it works: Fill in a list of SG profile URLs (members of the group). Then for each giveaway:

  • copy in the giveaway URL
  • select the giver (dropdown)
  • select the winner (dropdown)
  • select type (bundle/non-bundle/dlc)

From that it calculates the ratio wins:GA and shows colors for different levels. Also it let's you see which games a member gave and received. It will detect duplicates (same GA entered twice).

I'm not sure if there are any other groups that don't have something like this yet. But if you think this would be useful for you then let me know. I haven't made a public viewable version yet because I don't want to share the data from the group.
