Does any one know how to use Exophase's Gamecard in steam profile?

Hey, so I started using EXOPhase A while back to track my achievements specially on steam, so I wanted to use the gamecard exophase offers on my steam profile , but I can't get it to work, does anyone know how I can do that?

P.S.: the gamecard is a gif i suppose , but it is dynamic so Instead of uploading a gif image I have to use the provided gamecard URL
