They should really add a verification for the games they give like in PB, so they will know if the game is from a bundle or not.

No, the asterisk might tell you if the game was in a bundle or not but even if the game you give away was in a bundle but you bought it not from the bundle and want to give it away you should expect full CV on that.

Well, as many giveaways are marked with high CV from famous giveawayers, well, just make SG as the middle man, but people say it's a bad idea, well, IMO people should get what they give.

Oh if you were to lazy to read: It's basically bundle games have a $25 CV Cap. Then it's $25 Cap + 20% of the total bundle games you gaveaway = Your CV.
Edit: I did the math for you, because I was bored -_-, and got this;
$8 + $10 + $20 + $3 = $41
Next $41 - $25 = $16
Then $16 x 0.20 = $3.20
Finally $25 + $3.20 = $28.10.
I don't get about how you and some other people get the $30, but whatever. c: Also my math could be wrong also but mehh

The first 25$ on bundle games count as non-bundled. So 20% of that $25 is $5 and that's why givin only bundle games will not give you more than $30 of CV.

Not quite right.
Basically, the first $25 of bundle games you give is treated as if it was non-bundle games. After that, bundle games can only contribute up to 20% of your CV from non-bundle games (including that $25, which is where the $5 'bonus' comes from) - for example, if you give a non-bundle game worth $5, you would be allowed an extra $1 CV from bundle games.

Nope, that is wrong. You need to actually give away non-bundle games to get anymore cv than 30. That is why there are a lot of 30.01 cv GAs.

Nope..
Bundle: Dear Esther ($10) + Thomas Was Alone ($10) + Oil Rush ($20) + Alan Wake American Nightmare ($15) = $55
Credited Bundle CV = $25, Left-over Bundle CV = $30
Non-Bundle: Puzzle Dimension ($3) + Credited Bundle CV ($25) = $28
Bundle CV Conversion: (20% of $28) = $5.60
Total Credited CV = $33.60, Left-over Bundle CV = $24.40

But this would not explain why people get stuck at exactly $30
Bundle: Dear Esther ($10) + Thomas Was Alone ($10) + Oil Rush ($20) + Alan Wake American Nightmare ($15) = $55
Credited Bundle CV = $30, Left-over Bundle CV = $25
Non-Bundle: Puzzle Dimension ($3) + Credited Bundle CV ($30) = $33
Bundle CV Conversion (20% of $3)= $.60
Total CV = $33.60

Where are you getting "Credited Bundle CV = $30"? No. No no no. That's where you're going wrong.
The first $25 of bundle CV is credited as Non Bundle CV. $25, not $30.
20% of $25 is $5.
With $25 of non-bundle CV, you can have that further $5 of bundle CV without ever having gifted any non-bundle games. That's how bundles get you up to $30 on bundles alone.

"Credited Bundle CV" in those equations is capped at $25, not $30. Let's suppose someone gives $1000 worth of bundle games but no non-bundle games:
Bundle: A bunch of games = $1000
Credited Bundle CV = $25, Left-over Bundle CV = $975
Non-Bundle: nothing + Credited Bundle CV ($25) = $25
Bundle CV Conversion: (20% of $25) = $5
Total Credited CV = $30, Left-over Bundle CV = $970
As you can see, only bundled games will result in a total of $30 CV.

Wow, interesting math. Makes sense.
So you can never go above $5 in bundle CV conversion unless you give out non bundle games.
So say if you now given another $25 in non bundle games, what would the math look like? It seem like you could never get your left-over bundle CV to = $0?
Then if a game becomes a bundle games but you gave it away before it was a bundle games, do the math change on you once it becomes a bundle game?

This is all explained throughout the site.
So you can never go above $5 in bundle CV conversion unless you give out non bundle games.
Yes, unless you giveaway a non-bundle game, you will be capped at $30. ($25 + 20%)
So say if you now given another $25 in non bundle games, what would the math look like? It seem like you could never get your left-over bundle CV to = $0?
If you have excess bundle contribution, you get $1 for every $5 of non bundle you contribution. (1:5)
Then if a game becomes a bundle games but you gave it away before it was a bundle games, do the math change on you once it becomes a bundle game?
If you gave it away beforehand, then it stays non-bundle. Bundle games are added the day the bundle is released. For example, if a bundle with Torchlight II was released today, anyone who created a giveaway yesterday or before is not affected.

If you gave another $25 of non-bundle games the math would be:
Non-bundle: $25 + Credited Bundle CV ($25) = $50
Bundle CV Conversion: (20% of $50) = $10
Total Credited CV = $60, Left-over Bundle CV = $965
To get full value of the leftover bundle CV, you'd have to give $4825 of non-bundle games.
The bundle value only applies from the date the game appears in a bundle (or an exploit) If you give a game now and it later becomes bundled, it won't affect your CV.
