The multi win is 4 months old but the not activated game is 1 month old
Also he regifted both games
Thanks for the reply. Gonna ask support for a reroll

That's true but usually they did serve a ban already after a certain time has passed. Always worth a shot though, especially when regifting is part of the violation as well ^_^
EDIT: Oh and not activated win is only "valid" if 7 days have passed, that's for sure.

It's just the third time I ask for a reroll this week. I feel stupid....
Now I remember why I stopped making public giveaways

Just got a reroll and the previous winner got 1 week suspention.
At least the new winner has not broken any rules.

You ask for a re-roll.
You could potentially do that with every winner. If the re-roll gets approved is up to support. So jeah, make a ticket and request a re-roll :)
If your winner hasn't been punished for this infractions, yet, it will be approved.

Well, it's the 3rd time this happens this week.
But this time the winner got an unbundled game.
His ratio is 4:3 and from the 4 games he has won one is not activated and 2 are the same title.
What do I do? Do I have the right to reroll when the winner has obviously broken 2 rules?
