It's not this game since it came out in Oct 2016 but is the guy facing forward or is his stance similar to the one for Aragami?

FOUND IT. I loaded Enhanced Steam and went through the Action section until I got to it.

Since playing Ruiner in this month's HB Monthly I've had a game stuck in my head that I can't remember the name of on Steam.
Here is what I remember: the game came out around the same time as Ruiner (Sept. 2017) and the graphic on the Steam store page was of a masked samurai/ninja with only one eye whole and maybe only one arm.
Any help would be appreciated. It's impossible to find things anymore on that store.
