Still not a real poll?
I'll take that as a compliment, thanks :P
I admit that Q2 is slightly more abstract than the rest, and I guess Q4 as well - but just because they're pretty well-known ;)
And yay for getting Q5, I wasn't sure how well-known that one is internationally, but I guess the image is clear enough ^^

Oh my, I completely forgot about the hint! Now I ruined my hints system, it was supposed to be posted precisely at 12 AM (I have a weird thing with posting things in the exact scheduled time). I guess I'll have to post it at 12 PM (in about 4 hours).

Yeah, and I'm already creating another one. Someone stop me...

I didn't check for middle names, so no (unless on wikipedia it says their middle name is their stage name? Like, if it was "John Bradley Pitt" for Brad Pitt, I wouldn't mean "John")
But it can also be the first or last (or nick-)name of a role, I forgot to specify that (though I guess it's implied ...)
Edit: Oh, Brad Pitt's name is actually "William Bradley Pitt", close guess XD I still wouldn't mean William :)

maybe a small hint: When it's a role's name, the picture is of them in character (but not necessarily the one I'm looking for)
small correction: there are also promo shots included, not sure if you'd count them as "in character", but in one case here they should be.

I've got 1 and 3, but I have to give up. Some of them are apparently to obscure.

Got everything but #2 and #6 so far. Feeling a bit sluggish today though, so this one may take longer than normal, hmmmm

Well, maybe not all of you, but some people probably. And maybe also not like this, but that's all you get for now :P
This is another "say what you see" type of thing, but this time I'm only using actors (okay, I'm cheating a bit on 2 of them). Part of each one's name (can be the first name, last name, a nickname or a character they've played) makes up a famous (more or less) author's name. There's also a random object hidden in there, so it's 6 authors + one thing to find out.
Some probably helpful hints: The size and vertical placement are irrelevant (except for Q2: Top image = first part, bottom image = second part), only the horizontal placement plays a role. Some authors you should have at least heard of, one or two may be new to you (but once you've got the concept, you should be able to google them). The spelling can vary (i.e. the actor and the author may have the same first name, but different spellings of it), and sometimes it's spelled the same, but pronounced differently.
This time there's no train, just 2 unbundled games. One of them can also be accessed from the last GA in the Say what you see train.
Puzzle: Yes.
Prizes: Check. The Raven, Tabletop Simulator
Level: Two+.
Ends: 18. Oct. 9 pm UTC+2 or 9 pm in Germany
Hints: Maybe. Let me know what you have the most trouble with.
Please don't spoil the puzzle by sharing hints or solutions, that will just result in
everyone hating youme deleting all the GAs.HINTS: If you haven't already guessed, Q6 is the odd one out. Not only is it not a writer, it's also assembled slightly differently than the rest. For every writer, I only combined the first names/nicknames OR last names of all the pictures given (usually only real names or only role names, with one more exception), In Q6, there are first and last names involved.
SOLUTIONS
I hope it wasn't too obscure and you had fun, even if you didn't solve everything :)
(Yes, Q6 was the Potato option ^^)
