What to do now?

So, apparently, I "won" a Red Faction II game here from, let's call him, XYZ. XYZ is online on site, is online on Steam, when I've added him on list, he removed me from it, there's no mail from him and neither any PM. Seems like he don't know how this site works or even don't want to get that basic knowledge. What should I do? Should I wait 7 days and then report him?
