What do you mean? I opened the page with another browser and without being logged in - it showed 67% off, too. And nowhere Stronghold HD was mentioned.

I mean that it's still -67% even if you own Stronghold HD. ;-)
When they (well, not they) released AoE II Definitive Edition, there was a -25% discount for owning HD.
Would be nice to have it here as well, but no dice.
