having trouble with bundlestars. help please!!

So I have one of those visa debt cards that I use to make my online purchases and it works everywhere except for bundlestars. I just wanted to know if you guys had a similar problem and/or solution.
P.S. yes it has enough money on it and iv tried paying through the card itself and PayPal.
