Sleeping dogs Amazon

I bought sleeping dogs from Amazon and I got a (NA) key (North America) - which was obvious that will happen.
I am from Europe , is there anything I should know about it ? Are there any differences that I got the NA key?

No differences, the game is region free everywhere. You can activate it without problems.
