You can put whoever you want in your blacklist, but you must send a ticket to support to be allowed to use your blacklist. Once it's approved, you can put it in all the giveaways you do.

I don't like the whole idea of maintaining a blacklist. If you want to restrict who can or cannot enter a giveaway, just make it a private/group giveaway and only invite the people you like.

I'm not too bothered since I'm not on anyone's blacklist, but it seems a bit juvenile to exclude specific people. If they break the rules they get banned, if they don't then leave them be. There are plenty of people in the community that I personally don't like, but I'm not going to ban them from having a fair chance in my giveaways.

Just kidding, blacklists are silly (aside from some particularly extreme cases like scammers).

If you use SG+ and blacklist someone it will also hide their giveaways just like their threads and posts so you may miss something good!

In my opinion the people who gave away a single copy of that DLC weren't really doing anything wrong. Giving away multiple copies is a step too far though.
