Legend of Dungeons - to buy or not to buy?

I haven't played it but my guess is that Legend of Dungeon is somewhat similar to Hack Slash Loot.

For this price its awesome game (my opinion).

Just bought it and played a little... a rather meh first impression. Good enough for a price of less than half a cup of coffee, I suppose. I've played FTL, DoD and Isaac, and I enjoyed them a whole lot more.

Legend of Dungeon is well worth the money in my opinion, specially at 85% off. You can expect a hard dungeon crawler / roguelite hybrid, filled with enemies and random loot. It plays out a bit slower than Isaac, focusing less on the action per se. But it's not turn/step based either... So yeah, think of it as Isaac and DoD having a baby :-P

Well for $1.49, you can't really go wrong.

Awesome price.. but my logic.. its bundle bound.. so won't buy

Like i mentioned in another thread for this price it's a decent pick up, wouldn't recommend it otherwise.
The game gets repetitive really fast because all you do is button mash to attack, there is no sense of accomplishment when you progress through the dungeons and inventory management is a huge pain.
But for only 2 bucks, why not

Well even if the review scores for it are average & not a blockbuster, right now it's less than a few bucks so why not? Better to get it now then think about getting it later at full price.

I've played it and it's a good game, however the highlight is the local co-op. It's a hilarious game to play when sitting next to a friend and local co-op isn't found in too many modern games. I'd definitely pick it up.

It looks neat and I was determined to buy it 'till I noticed the coop is only local. :(

Sound/music is terrible, combat is boring, overall gameplay is not really impressive and repetitive. I don't recommend even for that price. I'm against the logic "it's only two bucks"

Just by looking at the graphic I can tell it's a garbage game.

I will wait for bundle. Perfect bundle game for a humble bundle.

Useless "retro" (otherwise known as cheap and/or lazy indie shovelware) also-ran than should be avoided
