The Impossible Win

Well.. if you don't join groups I think it's pretty hard u win here

I usually only join private giveaways, and I currently have 1,265 entries, and 1 win.
Not complaining though, only reason I'm here is to give stuff away really! XD
[Edit] And I only got my first win after creating a hidden puzzle giveaway complaining about how I'd enter 1000 times and hadn't won :P

My suggestion is to participate in the forums and complete puzzles, as 3 of my 4 wins are from forum/puzzle giveaways.

Another thread where I wished estimated wins was still a thing. Anyways, if you would care to tell us approximately how many people enter into the giveaways you enter? If there is 1000+ people per giveaway you enter, then that means that you are likely to only win 1 in 1000 entries.

Also some of us have better entry/win ratios because we have given away games and have joined private giveaway groups. About half of the games I won had less than 100 entries, and almost all had under 200 entries. Just try for private giveaways and group giveaways, they have better odds.

I entered 2.500 giveaways and got my first win four days ago.
Now I just waiting to reach 5.000 to get my second ;)

It's random. Keep trying. There are people that has more than 2000+ with no wins.

There are loads of people with lower win rates, don't worry. You should try joining private/puzzle giveaways, they have far less entries than public ones.

Heh. There's no luck in this world mate. If you want stuff, you have to know how to earn it. In this case, private groups are the answer.

just seen a guy that made another thread that has over 15k entries and only 14 wins so random is random. for proof ill track down his thread for ya. lemme see. errr btw your only at 701. im at 1532 and 0 myself. random is random and thats very bad for people that have less then 0 luck like myself. oh here it is. i found it on 1st page. http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/Bazws/so-i-reached-15000-ga-entries-and-1200-steam-games look at his profile. 15009 entered and only 14 wins
