Hey, I have played it. It isn't bad but definitely not as good as I wanted it to be. To get it you need the Korean or Chinese installer then get the unofficial English patch.

The EU/NA version (ofc in English) has been out for about a week now. You can find it here http://bladeandsoul.com/ but since I don't know where you are from I can't tell if it's available in your region (but as far as I know there are no IP blocks)

Nope it's not on steam, not sure if it will come to steam but it's possible some time in the future I guess.
Edit: Well for Indonesia I'm not sure which server would be best (ping wise since playing this game with high ping isn't really fun). I suppose the Chinese server + Engish patch would be the lowest ping but then you'll mostly have Chinese speaking people

I've been playing in on the newly launched NA server. It's not bad, but a lot of content isn't in from the other servers and it's a little pay to win (no combat buffs or rare gear or anything, just faster access and leveling/looting aids).

It's in English German and French. You cna switch the region from North America to Europe.

From what I played, good story, great graphics, better voice acting that GW2 and TESO combined... but the queue is absolutely terrible, enough to make me forgot all the good qualities and just not play the game at all. Typically my waiting time was 10 minutes.. at one point it was constantly over 1 hour. All depends on how full the server you choose is.. but they all have a queue. I'd suggest waiting until the game loses some of it's hype.

Started playing this yesterday. It's amazing.
Breathtaking world. Fluid movement. The jumping and gliding are simply wonderful. Combat is simple and easy to learn, but can be complicated with combos. Decent story, decent music. The character customization is pretty good. (Especially cat lolis and shotas) Overall a good game except...
the queue times. THE QUEUE TIMES are no longer a problem for me because I purchased a premium membership :D

I'll say 1 thing about B&S
NCSoft. Last MMORPG they made F2P was fine for 1 year. After that it was full pay 2 win via the ingame store, full script abuse, full bot, fullh ack, full Ebay gear...
If you want to spent over 5k a month in a year, feel free to play it
