Not really relevant news anymore. He openly stated it was an open beta now. Though I suggest anyone to give it a try. To me, it really seems considerably more stable than GMod 12.

yeah it runs better but is missing a few things like counter strike weapons and some other stuff
but the steam workshop more than makes up for that

Not by a long shot. There are so many bugs it's not even funny, and the NPCs aren't functional. A large number of the addons aren't functional either.

Maybe now it is? I got my key three months ago. I haven't played much since then. It seemed pretty stable then.
Also, when I say stable, I mean that it doesn't crash. I have not experienced a single instance where the game froze or when it crashed. Or some bullshit connection error like "Reliable snapshot overflow". THESE, I still experience in Gmod.

I got the code to show up, and I think I redeemed it, but it's all "Cannot install" and Gmod 13 isn't showing in my games list.
