Have you even tried to contact him? Or did you just check his inventory & suspect it was a dud GA?

If he can't give it to you (have you spoken to him yet?), do as the above advice indicates.

well...

1- Befriend him on steam.

2- open chat and talk him about the giveaway. If the answer is "I have no game to give to you" take a screenshot.

3- let 7 days pass.

4- Report.

Well a guy who has a giveaway deleted for "didn't understand how the site works" doesn't really give an air of confidence. Considering every single game he is attempting to give away is currently in his library with little or no play time.... A lot of people still are unaware you can't trade "used" (activated) games.

there are many people out there who give away games they don't even own themselves in their library. easy example are bundled games that drown steamgifts everytime one come out. there is a guy who started a giveaway of batman arkham origins yesterday, and he says he gives it away because he got it with some hardware and has no interrest in it

Many people (myself included) sometimes gift Steam keys, and not always Steam gifts.

Just because it's not in his Steam inventory doesn't mean he doesn't have a copy of the game. Just wait 7 days, if you get nothing, try to contact. If still nothing, mark as not received and move on.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it funny, that the OP, being on this site for 1 year+, having won 16 gifts out of 9000+ entries, does not know what to do in this situation? I'm not flaming or anything, just saying. lol

You should immediately panic when you discover it, and then open a thread on SteamGifts obviously!

It is strange that the Admin of this site are very fast ban fake call out but they do not response to people who actually really do a fake giveaway. I had 1 giveaway reported, with screenshot submitted 1 month ago, till now the admin has not yet suspend him(I checked everyday)

I would advise towards hiring a hitman.

You should be patient. When I win games here I don't try to contact the gifter at all. It just makes you look desperate and impatient. Let them send you the game in their own time or face a report from you after 7 days.

You can talk to him and give him time to buy it for You on next sale (if he will accept something like this). When I made mistake (key didnt work in his country) giveaway I told to winner Ill buy and give him the game after next sale with it. Sorry for my english. Hope I helped. ;)
