Need help with internet connection, dropouts and very big ping

Hi,
I have a question and I will be happy if anyone can help me.
I have 5 GHz antenna. I have two type of lags, one is 1-10ms on gateway (work good), but when I open web page or anything, net fall down and i must disable and then enable wlan1 then it again work 1 - 10ms. Or when I playing multiplayer games internet falls.
Second type lags is 300- 4 000 ms with dropout, can not do anything about it, net is broken. Now ping is 800 - 1 500 ms but when I trying load webpage then ping goes to 3 500 ms on gateway with dropout.

I need help with values, if values from winbox are normal?
I need to know if there is error in antenna? This net is really shit.
