It's only been 12 hours. Chill. They probably haven't even seen it yet. Have they redeemed the gift? If not, don't even think about for a few days. If they have redeemed the gift but haven't left feedback, then you can contact them or, if that doesn't work, contact support (preferably with logs of any conversations you've had) and they can give you the received feedback..

I created a givaway for a game called Despair, because it was cheap and i only had 9 cents of steam money. I sent it to the winner about 12 hours after it ended and he has not marked recieved or redeemed it. I still have time before the 1 week is up but was wondering what i should do if he does not redeem it or mark recieved?
