Giving away won games

quick question, is it allowed to give away the games I win from giveaways from this site? Like I win one game and then I make a giveaway for that game so I can get xp for Levels?

You can give away other keys for that game, but the key you win must be redeemed on your Steam account

You must activate every game you win on your Steam account. If you want to give away other copies of the game that's fine, but the one you win must be activated on your Steam account.
