Its mentioned in the linked Wikipedia article. Apparently, it has a similar toxin to poison ivy and it has to be roasted out. Really interesting little article. I knew nothing about cashews, other than that they're tasty, but they have a false fruit (cashew apple) which has the true fruit growing off of the end of it. And within the true fruit is the cashew seed, which people consume as a nut. Cool stuff.
