For Hellsing, watch Hellsing Ultimate.
For Black Lagoon, watch Jormungand.
If you liked the slice of life in Elfen Lied, watch Chobits (its the same thing...) If you liked the blood, watch Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.
If you liked the girls in Claymore, watch Queen's Blade. If you liked the over the top fighting with swords, watch Berserk (then read the manga so you see the monster fights)

Of course, looking at the recommendations for each series on myanimelist (just search the series at the top then click on the recommendations tab for similar series) is another good idea, plus then you can look at reviews to see if they are good.

Also anything on my MAL account with an 8 or more is highly recommended.

I was about to tell you 2 anime, 1 full and 1 yet to continue, but 1 of them i see you already saw it, attack on titans. The finished anime, and no.1 on my list is Death Note, and along this, i might add sword art online. I saw many anime, but im not giving away to others unless i really really liked it, and these are the only that ill give to you. Even if they are not your taste (up to you to decide), try them, you won't be sorry.

you can always try Jormungand, it's not as good as Black lagoon though...but then again, black lagoon was all about bad-ass action scenes thats what made it great.

Black lagoon is a good action anime.

I guarantee that you will love "The Garden of Sinners" it is fantastic!

If you're okay with watching series that is airing now (just two episodes in), I recommend Knights of Sidonia. It's thematically very similar to Shingeki no Kyojin, albeit a bit darker and set in space.
If you want a lot of action with a compelling story, then Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood shouldn't disappoint you.
I also +1'd Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann up here. It's a really fun mecha show with a lot of manly shouting and epic robot fights. Oh, and ridiculous shades.
