What to do if winner doesn't log onto steamgifts to accept winnings??

I made a giveaway here: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/CkJsi/vr-amazing-files-horror-hospital

The user still hasn't accepted the giveaway. I tried to contact them on steam and e-mail. They are active on steam but did not accept any friend request, I also left the giveaway link on their profile.

Should I just wait? 1 week... 1 month?

I'm new so I don't know the protocol! :)

Wait 1 week, if he doesn't accept it reroll. If he does accept and doesn't put it as received contact support.

After 7 days you can ask for a reroll

You can request reroll if they're not reachable after a week. Try adding their friends to reach them if you're in hurry.

Edit: in 20 seconds, 3 other people already answered. :D
