I had that problem, when I tried to get the Sanctum DLC... seems like they don't like my CC or Paypal.

The 30 day trial is for IGN Prime. You need to cancel the subscription before the 30 days are up so that your subscription does not get auto-renewed.

You get the Steam key for the full game, Sanctum DLC's, as well as a whole bunch of other things.

You know, my 30-day Prime trial from their Sanctum giveaway thing still hasn't expired, so I just grabbed a key. Thanks for spreading the word. :D

This is too nice. If this sort of thing is a regular occurrence, I might actually consider gasp legit renewing my IGN Prime subscription.

i know right! With a 2 years subscription, they give a free copy for Battlefield 3 :O Only $79.99. Awesome deal considering all the games and stuff you will get for free during those 24 months :D

When you make a trial it ask for a valid CC/Paypal to avoid clone accounts.

If you're specifically signing up for this: The trial is free, but it's auto-renewing unless you disable that and/or de-authorize automatic payments to "IGN Entertainment" via PayPal.

Otherwise, you will get charged $6.95 next month.

Awesome deal! Thanks so much for posting this. I signed up for the Sanctum deal, but couldn't get in on it in time. Got this one, though.

Also, I really doubt you'll ever get billed. On the day I signed up for the Sanctum deal, I went into my account, removed my Paypal information, and turned automatic renewal off. It even says "Next Billing Event: None" on my Subscription Management screen.
