Good multiplayer games??

I spent, surprisingly, 200 hours in Rainbow Six Siege, fun stuff. Right now my latest choices for multiplayer matches are Killing Floor 2 and Titanfall 2, especially the last one is well crafted and quite fun. Both games have plenty of active players.

I enjoy playing Dead by Daylight and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (Multiplayer), even though the ac4 community is almost dead by now...

its F2P but with heavy limitations tho if you can purchases something from the market (i think at the rate of 5$) you can ease most annoying limitations.

gameplay is good, story is grate with 4 branches to each side (meaning 8 stories in total) and if you only there for the story dont bother about the limitations just enjoy the game :)

Borderlands 2 goty and super cheap at the moment :)

cs go, rainbow six siege, rocket league and PUBG. Highly recommending Overwatch but you only want steam games so I guess you are not going to look at it.

Paladins is fun.

pubg you can play 24hrs with out getting bored, also you can have so much fun inside, it's up to you if you aim to be first or just to kill people or perhaps make fun of the game, video yourself doing it or stream it whatsover so you can gain many friends inside.

Depends on what you are looking for. Can't recommand any PvP games as I totally hate that gamemode. But if you are looking for co-oop multiplayer games:

• Warhammer Vermintide (although there is a chance that player population will decrease largely in the next few months)
• Warhammer Vermintide 2 (not released so far)
• No More Room in Hell (if you can overlook that strange and outdated graphics)

Well if I had the money to pay monthly subscription I'd probably go with final fantasy XIV that game is amazing imo.

Also a good game is Tom Clancy's wildlands pve is fun and ghost war the pvp is also good. If you get wildlands I'd gladly do coop with ya.

Strong recommendation on Dead by Daylight!

The playerbase is big, the game is updated every month, with new killers being unveiled every 3 months or so, and overall this is just a really cool, challenging and stress-inducing asymmetrical game :D.

The recent killers are Michael Myers (Halloween), Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and Amanda Young (Saw), adding to their other 7 original killers.

Plus, it's only 10 dollars on Humble right now!

If you like strategy games, age of empires. Not sure whether AoE3 has a bigger player base than AoE2, but I haven't had any problems with it.
