1) Most of the time, this is due to how Steam handles the game ids / app ids in your library. There's not really an API provided by Valve, so if Steam does not provide the information which DLC you own, then Steamgifts can't know it.
In case of DLC that don't show up, sometimes Steamgifts can't get the information at all.
In case of games that don't show up, you can try to clock 1 hour of gaming time on the game and sync again, that normally helps.
2) Steam support members get paid, Steamgifts support only has voluntary members that answer tickets in their free time. Some tickets have a higher priority (re-roll for example), some tickets are easy to handle (begging, advertising, phishing links) so they get processed faster.
Each time a new ticket is created, it jumps to the TOP of the ticket queue, pushing older tickets even deeper.
SGv2 will have more voluntary mods, so tickets might get processed faster. In the meantime please bear with it. You can gently bump your ticket once a week if you feel it's that important.
I myself have tickets that no mod visited for 4 months, but I know they aren't important (mostly user reports), so I don't care =)

Hello!
So I'm about to talk about 2 problems this site have:
1) Account sync sometimes doesn't work properly;
2) Support is even slower than Steam support.
1) So basically problem is that account sync doesn't see few games and DLC's I have. At the moment these are Arma 2 (which I bought in Steam) and Payday 2: A Merry Payday Christmas Soundtrack (which I won here on Steamgifts and activated on my account). Problem isn't big but it exists. I know there are other people with similar problem for other games.
2) Sent support a message about the problem above 2 weeks ago. Still no answer. Last time I sent message to Steam support I got my answer after 1 week (of course during sales it takes much more longer). I know it's a lot of work but what's the actual point of support if it doesn't answer? What if my question was about something more important than site bug?
