No, the website is focused on Steam games, only.
Although, i find it funny how earlier you could giveaway Minecraft, but still, it won't happen.
Maybe you can find a website that giveaways such games.

Minecraft and Battlefield 3 used to be whitelisted and okay to give away on this site. Not sure if it's still allowed or not though, since I can't find it in the FAQ anymore

I don't think so.
Because of the Privacy Politics of EA,the same happens on Raptr(it's a gaming social network,where you speak about different games...),so in Raptr they analise your profile of different communities (PSN,XBOX LIVE,STEAM,Origin),but not EA,because they just don't allow it.

So since EA has started their own online store and exclusivity to all EA published titles on the store.
Will this website soon be allowed to giveaway Origin based game, like BF3, Simcity etc etc...
