It used to be custom rules in the description aren't valid. Then people said they are and the creator can reroll. Some people also blatanly did not give the winner the game for other reasons like not liking them and getting away with it.
No-one seems to know. So, any GA you make expect any asshole to be able to win it even if they don't follow the rules.

What if I am planning to get a VR headset later. Why shouldn't be allowed to get VR games already?
