The Penumbra trilogy is 90% off.
The Ankh Pack is 75% off, but if you buy Ankh 2 and Ankh 3 separately, they're much cheaper, because they're 85% off each (so, buy these 2 games separately). xD

A good find on the separate Ankh prices, thanks for pointing it out :)

Thank you. :3 And don't forget the great price on the Penumbra trilogy. ^_^

Ehm? :/ Then don't unistall the trilogy. Finish the games first, then unistall them. xD

Stable but messed up. Some games from my wishlist that I see discounted on the homepeage but aren't in the WL itself, or some other are marked as discounted but then they aren't in their respective store pages... It's still something compared to the last few sales, but I'll wait 24 hours to browse calmly.

SOMA: 75off, all previous ones were only 70% max

UPD: ALSO, if you are into platformers, HOLLOW KNIGHT, not best discount, but game is simpy amazing
http://store.steampowered.com/app/367520/Hollow_Knight/ - 34% OFF.

Hollow Knight is deceptively awesome. It starts off a little slow but man once it gets going does it ever grow on you. Also that soundtrack, and the character designs! <3
It's funny because so many games claim to be a "souls-like", but Hollow Knight actually manages to be like Dark Souls in a different way. The atmosphere of desolation and hope, struggle and defeat/victory is really close IMO. Hell the soundtrack carries that same bittersweet spark that the final fight in Dark Souls had... but through a ton of the varying tracks, AND does metroidvania right. It's funny because I talked about it with two friends of mine and we all took dramatically different routes of progression, with me getting a little stuck and then finding a weird way around (I got 'Desolate Dive' long long after accessing Crystal Peak, and found the Deepnest way before the City of Tears). I haven't even broken one of the three seals yet either, and to top it off, a free content update just got released today. <3

Goddamn this is really a great price for Spelunky. I might finally give it a shot. As someone who really dislikes 2d platformers, I've been wanting to play it for a while.
Comment has been collapsed.
Agreed, my thoughts exactly. Had some doubts, despite the reviews, but at that price it's too tempting to pass up.
Comment has been collapsed.
It's worth it.
The original free version of Spelunky was awesome, but the reworked commercial version polishes things up, steps away from the pixelcore side of things, and adds some more variety. It's one of my old favorites TBH, and I wasn't a fan of platformers either. Up until Spelunky, only Cave Story had been the exception.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 Halloween Bundle
I had everything except the Halloween paint job pack so I picked that up for $0.44.

Oh sweet, thanks for pointing the pack out! I am missing all 3 DLC, but considering Heavy Cargo Pack is on my wishlist anyways I might just pick up the whole pack for 1€ more.

I am really looking forward to playing it! I am kinda considering picking up ATS as well, but I will probably leave it for another sale. Weirdly enough I think buying the bundle also somehow gave me "American Truck Simulator - Wheel Tuning Pack", which is weird considering I dont even own the base game o.O
I think SCS is trying to tell me something .... hmmm

As much as I am tempted to I think I am going to save that money and pick up the France DLC when it is on a better sale instead (I guess once Italy comes out as I am always one major DLC behind)

I really want to buy heavy cargo dlc for ATS, but I am only level 13 in the game. You guys know which level I can get heavy cargo jobs for my own truck?

You should probably reply to canis39 instead of me, I only ever played ETS2.

My review about this game:
The game was really nice. I would call it a "really nice try", because it's incomplete (since it's only the first chapter). The puzzles were relatively easy, although there was one thing that I couldn't figure out for a bit, until I randomly tried to interact all my items with all the characters and I eventually found out what to do. In the next chapter, please try to include some more humor and add more interactions. Try to add a bigger amount of puzzles too. Thank you for the game.

Fate Tectonics is on sale for 90% off ( $0.49 ). I think most people who want it already have it, but just in case.

What are the best deals you've found on this Halloween Steam Sale? New historic minimums for excellent titles? Post them here!
CURRENT STATUS: Ended! Thanks to everyone who participated in the thread ^^
Browse, save money (or don't spend it at all), or just discover interesting titles... above all, have fun!
Wishing everyone a good Halloween / All-Hallows / Dia de los Muertos / Samhain season, whether in celebration or introspection.
27/10/2017: Sale has begun. Seems Steam is having trouble updating the store values (not even showing up on the wishlist page yet).
28/10/2017: Prices now seem to be stable. Some new deals apparently pop up, while a few disappear, but most last until the 1st of November.
29/10/2017: The "Extended SteamGifts" (ESG) script has updated, adding Steam Widgets. While quite the useful feature, seems it has wreaked supreme havoc in the legibility of some parts of the thread :) In case you're wondering, it's tied to option #13 in the ESG configurations.
30/10/2017: A few deals are already disappearing. Some examples: Songbringer is now at only -25% (from the original -75%), while Neon Drive is no longer discounted (reduction only lasted the first day of the sale).
01/11/2017: Aaaaaand, it's done :) The Halloween Steam Sale has come to an end! Next one is the Steam Autumn / Black Friday (expected to run from the 22nd of November to 28th of November).
Here is a list with some of the most interesting deals, that I've seen and/or that have been shared by fellow SG'ers.
EDIT: Besides this list, which is still ongoing, check out the original comments below for many more excellent titles. Our beloved SG community is awesome at finding good opportunities and deals, much faster than this list can be updated, so be sure to take a look at those too.
Also, as you may have noticed, the list is getting a bit unmanageable due to the sheer volume of deals, and I'm adding just a few at a time as I get the chance (no specific criteria). In order to help, some users took the time to prepare extensive lists with links, so I'm also quick-linking their comments... doing this co-op is a far more cost-effective way to handle the crowdsourcing of information. If you want to help, make your lists in a single comment and I'll highlight them up here until the main gets updated with those titles (the text lists below each show those not yet added).

UPDATE 1: Note that in some case, buying the games separately can get you a better discounts than packs! Here are some examples:
UPDATE 2: On the other hand, when it comes to DLC's, remember to look for Season Passes, which can be better than separate DLC's:
UPDATE 3: If you're patient and like to shop around first, watch for cross-store deals. Some people have already been able to find titles being sold at better prices on other digital stores outside of Steam.
