Buying GOTY game after the basic game ?

If they have separate store pages, like Fallout 3 and Fallout 3 GOTY, I expect they'll show up separately in the library, and if its more like Dishonored, where the GOTY is shown as a package on the same page, then I expect buying the GOTY after the original will add the DLC's (and maybe even put a copy of Dishonored non-GOTY in your inventory, but that's a small chance). I haven't any experience, though.

Yes, i would like to buy dishonored dlc's. i bought it on the sale but didn't had enought money for the goty because i bought other games first :/ but the game is so awesome that i can't stand it with no plaing dlc's :D

Your game will be upgraded, no new copies except some Valve packs (only 2-3 games you get a gift copy).

Bah, stupid Game of the Year Editions. I feel it's very insulting. For example: I will NOT pay €10 for Skyrim: Dragonborn when other people can buy the COMPLETE package for even less.. They should provide the DLC's for a FAIR PRICE! How they treat people with GotY editions now = COMPLETE BULLSHIT. :)

Dishonored DLCs are actually better than the base game itself...

is the dlc long ? the base took me 16h of playing at hard mode
