I got a key! Or maybe I didn't...

It's asking for pictures of the receipt and stuff. Doh!

the steam group says "The promotion ends on August 30th, and the keys expire on the same day so make sure you redeem them as soon as you get them." but on facebook i can't find a giveaway button and the thread in which i should post AMD <3 is also closed

after 15+ hours of waiting, i finally got a key which said on AMD site that it was invalid, disappointing...

Last clarification, I'll post what I said on the Steam Group Chat to 'hopefully' avoid any more conspiracies:

11:20 PM - spammah: 1. these codes require you to go through the http://www.amd.com/getbattlefield4 website

11:20 PM - spammah: 2. after filling in the AMD code and the AMD form, you will get an Origin key code to use in Origin

11:21 PM - spammah: 3. some of you may be unlucky enough to get a Country region code restriction thingy or some other error. we CANNOT help you with this. don't have extra keys to facillitate the unlucky ones

11:22 PM - spammah: 4. i've heard from people that the AMD + Origin servers have been lagging/under load from the giveaway thing since yesterday. so expect AMD or Origin to pull some bullshit and 'lock' the servers or whatever. anything is possible

11:23 PM - spammah: 5. before any pessimists try to whine, these keys are legit and supplied to us by our local AMD office here.

11:24 PM - spammah: 6. if you want to take your time out to show your appreciation, go give your shoutouts to AMD or the AMD MEA sites/social pages/whatever. don't beg them for keys because they won't give you any.

While I appreciate the generosity that obviously some people were able to take advantage of I think that they messed up by offering these keys in their group chat.

It's rather sad that the people who are begging for these keys in the group chat are getting their keys (and relatively quickly) and those that used their forum, Twitter, or Facebook to try to get them (as this was the way that it was originally requested to try to obtain a key) are still waiting. Are these people going to continue to be ignored? I have seen many people here and in the chat asking about it and no one seems to want to reply because apparently they are too busy with the beggars in the chat room.

I hope that none of your long-time members got left out from receiving a key because the beggars got the keys first.
