I got in contact with one and he agreed to re-roll (turns out he won the same game twice around the same time and he activated the other one) but the support is taking forever (I don't blame them though, I know they do this in their free time).
The person who won two games from me seems to be online on SG often so I commented on his giveaway (the only one he ever made) and he never replied. Also added him on steam but he didn't decline nor accept my request and it says on steam "Last Online 6 days ago"
It irks me that person has 148 wins and only 1 giveaway, his only job as a leech is to mark games he wins as received and he can't even do that right...He didn't activate those wins though, so perhaps he has some real life issues that prevent him from activating and marking.
I think I need to wait for a week before I can ask for re-roll on people like that who don't activate/mark their win(s) and you can't get in touch with so I'm waiting for that.
That's what I get for making low level giveaways, silly me. Always get rule breakers and people like this. Guess from now on my giveaways will be for levels 5 and 6, maybe 4 if they're meh.

Ah yes, support can take a while because they seem to be busy indeed, at least he agreed.
The 2nd on sucks, I mean it's bad enough that they leech but even not doing that correct? I think to ask for a re-roll you need to wait 7 days AND it would be smart to have prove of trying to contact him as well.

I'll probably take a screenshot of my comment on his giveaway, don't really feel like bothering with making big documentation about failed attempts to contact him though, unless mods ask for more. Hopefully they know I'm trustworthy, I think my activity on forum along with me never breaking rules should give me enough credibility.
