Can i make a Giveaways for extra game copies i own?

To be more clear, i bought Half Life 2 Game of The Year Edition years ago and shortly afterwards, Half Life 2: Episode 1. A while later i picked up The Orange Box which resulted in me owning an extra copy of Half Life 2 and Half Life 2: Episode 1 which i have available to gift to anyone. My question is, can i use those extra copies in a giveaway?

Thanks, how does this usually work? giveaway creator/winner exchange steam id's for the transaction? Or can i get cd key off my profile to send it via this site?

If you create a giveaway, once it ends you will see the winner's email address so you can send the gift to them.
Or you can add them on steam (sometimes the winner adds you...) and trade over steam.
