I don't use Origin neither do I buy EA games but afaik DLCs for Bioware games are bought separately on some Bioware store page...
EDIT : Apparently, it's free now. But you have to download it the oldschool way.

Actually from what i remember with Mass Effect 1 Bringing Down the Sky is free but you might have to manually download and install it and Pinnacle Station isn't available outside of the franchise pack or whatever its called. The franchise pack has all the DLCs for all Mass Effect games included from what i recall , but i don't own it or any other Mass Effect games so i can't really say for sure. Google is your friend!

You can help me/explain because I'm new with this Origin service...
I plan to buy Mass Effect Trilogy on Origin so that I have everything in one place, so if I take for example Mass Effect 1 what I see there are missing Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station DLC so I was wondering if anyone has a game on Origin how to buy DLC? Why Origin don't have dlc in the store/Origin service which would be logical (for each game all the DLC's)?
