Is Borderlands 2 still worth buying or should I go for BL:PS? (GA added inside)

Even if it is not still active, the game is worth it.

Time wise, BL2 is a much better buy than BL:PS

I do recommend it to buy, but if you have friends to play with, I recommend it even more :)

Also I suggest you get the season pass or maybe game of the year edition because the DLC's are great. Especially tiny tina's assault on dragon's keep.

the game is as worth it now as it was the day it was launched. its up to you how you interpret that.

Until they came up with "Borderlands The Pre-Sequel GOTY Edition", go for Broderlands 2 (Goty if possible), they will release a ton of DLC, so, wait a bit to a price drop.

Borderlands 2 GotY worths much more than Pre Sequel.

BL2 is still very much worth but make sure you buy a package with as much DLC as possible, the GOTY edition is pretty good. Also get Tiny Tina's DLC. Its the best DLC Ive ever seen, its frakking hilarious for everyone who ever played an table top RPG
