May siblings under the same house use their Steam account for Steamgifts?

Or will we have consequences for being under the same internet connection?

Edit: To be clear, I am not making alt accounts! They are both my siblings and i referred them to Steamgifts.
I don't even think they have $100 worth of games yet, but when they do I just want to make sure it is alright.

Is it still in the rules? Not long ago I skimmed over the steamgifts rules and didn't find it. It was on steam-trades tough...

I confirm, not in the rules anymore. Because of the 100$ per account rule to register, I'm not sure the IP or whatever might be implied by no multiple account from the same place really matters anymore.

They sure aren't, but we're not talking alternative accounts, but multiple account in the same place held by different people. Might not be a big difference, but there sure is.

I've been running on Steamgifts for a while with another guy under the same IP. If it ever caused any problem, might not be major one since we have big and different libraries of games, and entered very different giveaways. I think he stopped coming though...

And well, it's not in the rules, so for once it's not an issue... yet.
