Putin aims for the eyes while Offerman, riding astride the fleetest of the grizzly matrons, attempts to flank the Ent as the other four bears act as a diversion. The only custom rules I have are the ones regarding region-restricted/group CV. They're just hidden because the code looks ugly as hell, but now I realize that only I can see it, so...
Edit: rule(s) unhidden and changed to group CV <50% of total CV. Thanks to Morshock for patiently explaining things to my poor overburdened brain.

May as well start learning how to use SGTools, and this seems like a good time to do it. Limited to 100 entries, so you'll have at worst a 1% chance to win. Level 3+, standard rules (I think) with the additional caveat that you can't have obtained a significant portion of your CV (>$100) with region restricted or group giveaways, because lately I've been seeing way too many high-level users who seem to be gaming the system by mostly swapping games amongst themselves, then using the resulting inflated CV to enter public giveaways.
I'm open to suggestions, so if you feel that this is unfair or needs tweaking, let me know.
