If your account is in use, she can't use any of your games. Would be worth padding her library with some of the better bundles as well so she still has games to play even when you are online.
If you set Steam to offline (not just the friend list, but the client), she could access games, but you wouldn't have internet features, required for something like DotA2 or CS:GO.

You can play both at the same time, but you (the one who is sharing his games) must be in offline mode of Steam (no need to disconnect from the web the whole computer, only put steam in offline mode).
The opposite doesn't work, the person receiving the share must be online with Steam.

Today my gf said she wants to play something but she doesn't know any good games. So I gave my steam account to her for use but I have a question. Can we play different games from 2 computers ? For example while I'm playing Dota, can she play CS:GO ? I don't know if it will cause a ban so need your knowledge. Thanks for all the comments from now.
Have a good day...
