I mean who wouldn't want to share their hard-earned games library, passwords, Steam Rep, Steam Inventory, and payment details with a complete stranger over the internet!

I don't advise sharing your account or asking someone else to share theirs. It will only lead to trouble.
Unless you mean family sharing - and only do that with close friends and family :D
