Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep DLC (RU)?

Anyone know if I can buy Tiny Tina's DLC from the Russian Steam page and play it on my computer? I live in the US. Looking on steamdb.info it doesn't say anything about it being region locked.

IIRC, you need the RU version of the game to play RU versions of the DLC.
