Fallout 3 Mods

So I'm playing through the game for the first time in like 2 years (this time GOTY Edition) and was wondering what are your favorite mods? I tried looking for videos on the topic, but surprisingly there aren't many good ones.

I know that I want a weather mod, but can't decide on which one looks the best. Any other types of mod recommendations are appreciated as well.

You should check out this modding tutorial (guide) by Gopher, I used most of the mods from there. For the rest I browsed the top files on Fallout 3 Nexus.

There is a mutant mod that adds more diversity, a zombie mod which adds.. zombies, various gun mods that adds guns, etc. I never play fallout 3 with these mods.
