Can't enter giveaways for Games Played During Free Weekends?

I played magicka when it on free weekend, and now when I try to enter a giveaway it says the game already exists on my account, is this meant to happen? D:

Yes, it's a problem on Steam's end. Wait till the game is no longer on your reciently played tab and then resync
