Great intro with an even better puzzle. Good job, twice! :D

Well, I know the landmark since I was a child even though I was never there (I have a fan of Italy in the family) but I learned some new things about it, which I found interesting. The puzzle itself also was quite refreshing. A perfect way of showing a landmark to someone who hasn't seen it before even on pictures and doing the questions as annotations also was a clever way to handle it while showing us around.
I really enjoyed this one!

First time I joined one of these landmark puzzles. It was really nice and I learned a lot of things about it.
Thanks for your efforts on this! :-)

Welcome to Italy!
This location holds a special place in my heart. After watching a sunset over the city from Piazzale Michelangelo from where the image was taken, I proposed to my, now, wife where that group of tourists are standing taking a picture. You can see the Ponte Vecchio just above them.
I had hidden a ring that used to belong to my wife's grandma in my camera bag, and had been waiting for the right moment of the trip to do the proposal. After kneeling and her saying yes, the café next to us burst out in applauds. :)
Afterwards we walked down along the river and across the Ponte Vecchio where a troubadour was singing a song that we later used at our wedding, that's "our song" now. I only wish I had bought the CD he was selling because he did one of the best versions of that song I've ever heard. To find out which song it was, head on over to the puzzle where more interesting and less personal facts can be discovered.
Entrance to the puzzle-tour is HERE.
Note: Collect the passcodes from the 4 landmarks from this week to gain access to a GA-train coming next week!
